Invisalign® step-by-step
Your first visit is to really understand what you want to achieve. We take photos of your teeth and also use our state of the art iTero scanner to complete a simulation.
We complete a comprehensive health check to ensure you are healthy prior to starting your Invisalign journey. Photos, X-rays and a high-definition 3D scan are taken and sent to Invisalign to start planning your treatment.
Here comes the science! Invisalign will create a video simulation of how your teeth will look at each stage which is sent over to you for approval. Once approved we will get your custom made virtually invisible aligners manufactured.
Within a few weeks of your first appointment, we call you into the practice to show you how to wear and care for your aligners. You change your braces every 7-14 days and remove the aligners for meals and brushing.
We will fit your retainers and provide you with your Boutique Whitening. We include cosmetic contouring (softening / polishing edges) and some patients opt for composite bonding to further improve shapes / level edges.
